The PM is normally scheduled several weeks ahead of time to minimize downtime. The payment arrangements can be yearly or quarterly.

What is done during a P.M. -

•Machine is cleaned and all moving parts are degreased, re-lubricated, and tested

•Full diagnostics covering all mechanical parts and electronics are performed

•Exchange of wearable parts before they become the cause of a breakdown such as, bearings and motor brushes (parts not included)

•On some models, the leveling of the vacuum table plate is measured, tested, and adjusted

•If customer supplies new conveyor belt at the time of P.M. the installation of the belt will be free of charge

•During the P.M. it’s also a good opportunity to get some follow up training which will be useful if you have new operators, software upgrades, and/or machine upgrades
